Using modern-world technology, DriveSense provides you with simple information about your driving habits so you can see how you might improve your driving wellness.

Simply download and activate the app using your mobile phone number and email address. The app will automatically track your trips.

After a trip you will see:

This app is horrible. only works half the time, will start running when I am in my vehicle but does not calculate my trips. I reached out to customer service numerous times and they say its related to my device setting, which is not the case. I shared a snapshot showing that all of my device settings are correct and yet the app still does not work.

I've been having the same issue since September 2023. It's never been resolved. I call in frequently to no avail. It leaves all my trips in the status of Trip Calculating, or doesn't record them at all. What use is the app if it doesn't function as it should? I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, done all troubleshooting suggested, and nothing has changed. What a waste of time! My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra. So frustrated!

The app stopped calculating my trips, so, I couldn't even change my status as a passenger when the driver was speeding - it sure updated and dinged me for it in my esurance app though. A trouble ticket was submitted and never resolved. My drivesense app has not completed my commutes since January. I uninstalled the app, the downloaded it again, hoping it'd solve the issue, but NOPE. I don't know what happened in January, but something caused it to stop working for me properly. Very frustrating.
