Simply download and activate the app using your mobile phone number and email address. The app will automatically track your trips.

I've been having the same issue since September 2023. It's never been resolved. I call in frequently to no avail. It leaves all my trips in the status of Trip Calculating, or doesn't record them at all. What use is the app if it doesn't function as it should? I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, done all troubleshooting suggested, and nothing has changed. What a waste of time! My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra. So frustrated!

yea the app doesn't really work all the time. out of nowhere it'll stop tracking. I'll have to uninstall and reinstall, but it erases previously recorded trips. Even though i have no hard brakes, speeding or other trwffic violations recorded with the app my score is only "very good" and continues to drop. the app told me to improve my score i should drive during less busy times... like really? I'm going to call amd see if the discount is really worth the headache..

It drains my battery entirely to fast. It demands full access to my phone, so it should know when it is moving and when it is stationary, where it should be going into standby at the very least. This app is required by esurance as a means to lower my rates, but it it not even close to being phone friendly. Guess I will have to decide what is more important, lower rates or a phone battery that lasts all day.
