Expense Manager records your receipts quickly and neatly — made for
employees and partners who send their expenses to the company.

• QR scan on device
Target the QR on the receipt and the tax information is read immediately —
no typing. Reading is done locally on the phone, so it works even
without a signal.

• Works offline
Scan and photograph receipts wherever you are — in an underground parking lot,
in a store without a network. Everything is stored on the device and sent
automatically once the connection is restored. Nothing is lost.

• Receipt without QR?
Just photograph it — the information is read then, and you just
confirm it.

• Your receipts, organized
See the month or the entire year, with FUEL and MISCELLANEOUS totals. Search
by store, amount or date. The list is also readable offline.

• Multiple companies
If you work with more than one company, choose which one each receipt is registered to — and change it whenever you want.

• Send to accountant
Email a period's expense report as a PDF, along with photos of the receipts.

• Security and privacy
The connection is always encrypted. Your password is not stored on your device. No ads, no profiles — your data goes only to your company's server.
