Charges for literally every type of service. Even after paying for a subscription, it feels like almost every useful feature requires another payment. I honestly regretted subscribing almost immediately. What exactly am I paying a subscription for if I still have to pay extra for everything? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. The app feels less focused on providing value and more like a money-snatching machine. Definitely not worth the money!

for some reason I have found that I can't access the app using my mobile network and it only works when using WiFi network. I don't know for how long this problem has persisted but it's pretty annoying to get a notification but have to wait until you get to a WiFi network. I haven't changed my rating because other than this issue, the app works fine . pls look into this

Beware of the Gold plan! It advertises "10 Chats weekly", but once you subscribe, the app silently revokes your standard daily free chat feature (7 chats/week). Instead of getting 17 chats total (10 paid + 7 free), you are capped at 10. You are effectively paying full price for just 3 additional chats! Support admits to removing free features upon payin
