About this app

Etasuisse is the deployment app for field staff. Working hours, routes, materials, and photos are recorded directly on-site, and the office then processes the data.

Features

• Overview: Assigned, finalized, and completed projects, as well as today's hours worked, at a glance.

• Projects: All assigned projects with filters and search, plus project details, work reports, documents, and special materials.

• Work reports: Report date, one or two time periods in 5-minute increments, breaks, route traveled with trailer and second trip, standard materials, special materials, treated water, photos, and documents.

• Attachments directly from the camera, gallery, or file storage.

• In-app notifications, which can be marked as read individually or collectively.

• Profile with password changes, language (German/English), time format (12/24-hour), and access to legal documents.

• Offline capability: Reports recorded without a connection are saved on the device and automatically transferred as soon as a network connection is available. Duplicate entries are prevented on the server.

An Etasuisse employee account is required to use this service.
