Enter with your username and password that you already have created in My ETB, or you can register if you do not already have it directly in your My ETB app. If you don't remember your login data to My ETB, you can remember your password using the option "Forgot your password?" in your My ETB app.

The app used to work but suddenly it says that something went wrong and stop working despite I deleted cache and reinstalled it.

I used to log in with my Id, and now I can't. I prefer the last version. Additionally, if I want to do a transaction, there is a message saying that my line was cut or is not available. You have too many issues in this app.

The app is really bad designed - I charged my plan using that app, but the money got lost .. so bad experience with it - don't use that app to pay your phone plans - don't pay anything with it..the worst app ever.
