Eter is a messenger designed for those who take privacy seriously. Every detail has been thought out to minimize traces and protect your conversations from extraction — even in advanced forensic scenarios.
END-TO-END ENCRYPTION
All messages are protected by the Signal Protocol with Double Ratchet. Your conversations are encrypted before leaving the device and can only be read by the recipient.
ZERO DEVICE STORAGE
Unlike other messengers, Eter does not save messages to disk. The content lives only in protected memory and is deleted when you exit the app. No local files, no database, no backups.
VAULT OF THE PAST
After 24 hours, your messages are locked in a cryptographic vault. Reopening only happens with mutual consent — both parties need to agree. Real control over what can exist.
