HostMaster is the command center for short-term rental hosts. One screen for today's check-ins, check-outs, and the cleans you owe. Everything else — your calendar, your team, your numbers — is one tap away.

Built for hosts who run between one and ten properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, or both.

See the day at a glance: who's arriving, who's leaving, which cleaners are owed payment, and any alerts from your properties.

▸ SYNCED CALENDAR
Paste your Airbnb and Booking.com iCal links once. HostMaster pulls in every reservation, updates them in place when guests change dates, and never loses your history. Pull to refresh anywhere, or enable daily auto-sync in Settings.

▸ CLEANING WORKFLOW
Cleans are auto-generated for every checkout. Assign a cleaner, pay them when done, and chat per-job with photos and damage notes. Configurable per-property checklists keep standards consistent.

▸ TEAM
Invite cleaners and co-hosts with a 6-character code. Co-hosts share the same view of reservations and cleanings as the owner. Cleaner ratings and chat history are scoped to each individual job.

▸ OCCUPANCY
Per-property breakdown of nights booked, average occupancy, and cleanings — pick any month with the selector.

▸ NOTIFICATIONS
Push alerts for new reservations, cancellations, new cleaning jobs, and team activity — toggle each category in Settings.

▸ DESIGNED FOR TRUST
Calendar feeds sync through HostMaster's secure backend; we never store your Airbnb or Booking.com credentials. Light-mode UI, no dark patterns, no ads.

HostMaster is free to use for one property. Subscriptions for multi-property hosts are coming soon.
