Ethica is the customer app of Ethica Capital LTD, a Shariah-compliant investment management company licensed and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Nigeria. It gives you a clear, secure view of your investments with Ethica — and lets you act on them from your phone.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Open an account — complete your application in the app, for individual, joint, corporate or children's accounts, with document upload and digital signature.
• See your portfolio at a glance — your active investments, accrued profit and history, all in one dashboard.
• Invest and top up — start a new Shariah-compliant investment or add to an existing one, and submit your payment receipt directly from the app.
• Request liquidation — withdraw at maturity or request early liquidation to your registered bank account.
• Download investment certificates — official certificates for each investment, ready to save or share.
• Manage your profile — update your details, signature and bank information, with changes reviewed by our team for your protection.
• Reach your wealth manager — contact details and support are one tap away.

BUILT FOR SECURITY

• Sign in with Face ID or fingerprint. Your biometrics stay on your phone — they are never sent to us.
• One registered device at a time. If your account is signed in from another phone, the previous device is signed out automatically and you are notified by email.
• Email one-time passcodes on new devices, with optional authenticator-app two-factor sign-in.
• Every connection is encrypted, and sensitive actions like revealing your signature are protected by an extra verification step.

Every product Ethica offers is structured on Islamic finance principles and overseen by our Shariah Supervisory Board. Investments are managed on a mudarabah (profit-sharing) basis, with no interest-based instruments. Returns depend on the performance of the underlying investments and are not guaranteed.
