About this app

EthioReview is Ethiopia’s reputation layer for businesses and public services. See who to trust, earn a fair public record, and help organizations listen and improve.

TRUST, NOT ONLY STARS
Star ratings are easy to game. EthioReview is built so reputation is harder to fake and easier to read:
• Trust signals alongside ratings — verification, consistency, and community feedback
• Verified badges for organizations that complete identity checks (KYC)
• Public profiles you can follow, save, and compare before you decide
• Report abuse and moderation so the record stays honest
• English and Amharic throughout

FOR PEOPLE
• Browse a live feed of real experiences, not anonymous scores
• Search by name, category, or city, and explore nearby places on the map
• Open a profile for reputation, photos, comments, and verification
• Share your experience with stars, text, photos, and optional voice notes
• Scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag in the shop to add to the public record
• Save places, follow businesses and reviewers, and react with context

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND TEAMS
• Add a listing or claim an existing one, then verify to unlock the workspace
• Build a public reputation where customers already are: QR, share link, Telegram, print and NFC kits
• Reply in public, see what still needs an answer, and track what is changing
• Invite teammates with clear roles (owner, admin, manager, viewer)
• Switch between your personal profile and your verified organization in one app

WHY ETHIOREVIEW
