The official customer app for Ethno Logistics. Track every shipment from pickup to delivery, ask a courier to collect a parcel from your door, have us buy an item from an online store, or tell us a parcel is on its way to our warehouse — all from your phone.

- Three request types, each with its own guided form:
· Pickup from your location — a courier collects the parcel at your address
· Marketplace buyout — send us a link and we buy the item and deliver it
· Incoming parcel — tell us a parcel is arriving at our warehouse from a store
- Attach photos of the item straight from your camera or gallery
- Pick your address on the map
- Filter your requests by type and search them by number
- Follow the status of each request with a full status history
- Edit a request while it is still in the "Created" status

- Get notified about new parcels, status changes and news from Ethno
- A single feed for parcel events and announcements

• Fixed: on phones with the 3-button navigation bar, buttons at the bottom of a screen were covered by the system bar and were hard or impossible to tap. Every screen now clears the system bars.
• Consistent height for the primary buttons across the app.
