DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! They updated the app and it caused a continuous glitch on my phone where you couldn't log in or reauthenticate. I reached out for support and they basically said they couldn't do anything and my funds were now lost. This app is a scam and their customer support takes nearly a week to get back to you. Not good when you have follow up questions which won'tbe answered for weeks. No support number to call so everything is done by email, likely AI. Don't get scammed like I did.

I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to finally get back into it. I open the app to find a $0 balance. How is this possible when I have never disclosed my seed phrases and never used them until this recent app reinstall? This is obviously an Ethos app security issue or outright fraud. The entire reason behind Ethos was security and that not even they had access to our details. This project is beyond a disappointment, and compounds the damage from Voyager.

All of my ethos tokens disappeared from the app so all of my money went with them. makes zero sense. can't even see where to purchase ethos on the app anymore. doesn't seem like it's possible. it's like the token was wiped off the face of the Earth. thanks a lot guys.
