About this app
Bydoo is the mobile app for your Odoo. Designed for any Odoo user, Bydoo lets you manage your workday and daily tasks from your phone, without using a web browser.
My Time: Your workday on a single screen
• Quick clock-in with geolocation: Mark your arrival, departure, and breaks with a single tap. View your active workday with the real-time counter and a history of your recent attendance.
• Absences: Request vacation, compensatory time off, or leave directly from the calendar. Check your available balance, the status of each request (approved, pending, or rejected), and your organization's holidays.
• Timesheets with a timer: Start a timer associated with a project and a task. When you stop it, the clock-in is automatically recorded in your Odoo. View the daily list, edit, and delete timesheets with a simple gesture.
Work offline too
Bydoo saves your changes locally when there's no network coverage and syncs them when you regain a connection. Work with peace of mind on construction sites, on the road, or in areas with poor signal.
Multi-company
If you work with multiple companies within the same Odoo instance, switch between them with a single tap. Listings, balances, and records are automatically filtered by the active company.
Security and privacy
• Biometric access with Face ID or fingerprint.
• Credentials stored in the system keychain, never in plain text.
• Encrypted connection directly to your Odoo server. Your data travels only between your device and your instance, without intermediaries.
Getting started
To use Bydoo, you need an Odoo instance with the Bydoo connector installed. If you manage your own instance, install the module, generate an identifier from its settings, and use it on the app's home screen. If someone else already manages the Odoo instance you work with, ask them for that identifier and log in with your usual account. Bydoo is automatically configured with the modules and forms available in your instance.

Mejoras en el trabajo sin conexión:
• Los cambios y fichajes hechos sin cobertura ya no se pierden. Si el servidor rechaza alguno al volver la conexión, queda marcado para que puedas revisarlo.
• La app detecta mejor la vuelta de la cobertura y sincroniza sola.
• Los fichajes sin conexión se registran con su hora real.
• Desglose de días disponibles, aprobados y pendientes en ausencias.
• Ya puedes crear una ausencia de un solo día.
• Correcciones y mejoras de estabilidad.
