Ratings and reviews

Absolutely one of the worst apps you will ever encounter. They insist on logging in through an OTP and you can spend months trying to get the OTP delivered but it never comes. This app is supposedly from a telecom company that can't deliver OTP successfully. Thank God for porting, I will be looking to port my number to a more serious network.

This is the most useless app I've come across. I logged in for the first time and 2 or 3 times after that. For weeks now, I can't login, it keeps telling me, "unexpected error please try again later". 9mobile doesn't seem bothered about the failure of their app. Their network used to be my favorite but right now with this app failure, I don't know anymore. All the networks in Nigeria are a mess right now just like the country itself. Too bad....😤😤🙄🙄

This app does absolutely nothing! The Onboarding doesn't yield any results. From the moment I realise I cannot paste my number, but have to type in the digits I knew a poor experience awaits. Now after stressing to type in the phone number, it will never send an OTP, then if I press back to try again, the app can't remember the phone number and I have to type it all over. How difficult is it to authenticate an app with OTP in 2023 and 9mobile couldn't do it? This is gabbage!
