This eTicket app doesn't work when it is supposed to - it's only purpose is eTickets. It wasn't able to present eTickets at the door. I checked my tickets were ready in eTix Wallet in the morning of the day of event, & everything was fine. Standing in line, I open the app, "Mobile Tickets are not available for this event" despite the confirmation email telling me to use the "wallet" to avoid delays during entry. "Print at Home" on paper was the alternate solution for an ELECTRONIC TICKET app.

The idea of the app is great, when it works. the moment I needed tickets it all stopped working and right now it's saying "there was an error unlocking the device" without any other options to get out of this window or do something. Needs work.

I wanted to give this zero stars, but it won't let you post without one. Worthless app. When I try to log in with my etix account username and password, it tells me there is no such account, even as I have the account open with those credentials at the time on my computer. Junk.
