About this app

MitaBase Driver is the driver app for patient transport services. It shows drivers and passengers their assignments for the day, guides them to their destination, and handles all the paperwork: transport slip, time tracking, payment, and chat—all in one app.

The app is part of MitaBase, the dispatch software for patient transport services. You receive access from your employer. Self-registration is not possible, and there are no in-app purchases.

ASSIGNMENTS
All of the day's trips in the correct order. Pick-up location, destination, time, and mode of transport at a glance. Changes from the office appear instantly—no phone call required.

NAVIGATION
The route is generated by our own servers in Germany. A passenger's address is not sent to any external map service.

TRANSPORT SCRIPTION
A photo of the slip, taken directly at the doctor's office. The app reads the fields and highlights what's missing—as long as the stamp can still be obtained. The verification process is supported; the final decision remains with the office.

TIME TRACKING
Arrive, break, leave—on your phone instead of on paper.

PAYMENT
Supplements collected in cash, receipt photographed, done.

CHAT
Questions go to the office and stay within the specific order—not in a messenger group with passenger names.

VEHICLE CHECK
Quick check before departure, with photo.

EVEN WITHOUT NETWORK
Photos, times, and payment transactions are saved and sent as soon as a connection is available.

13 LANGUAGES
The app supports 13 languages, including German and Persian with full right-to-left display.

DATA IN GERMANY
All data is stored on servers in Germany. No third-party providers are involved: no external maps, no external analytics services. The patient transport dispatcher only sees the vehicle's location during an open shift and only after the driver has tapped "Share Location."

What’s new

Safer sign-in: your sign-in now works only for the company you signed in with and is never sent to another server. If you switch companies, you sign in there again.
