bad in-app processes. doesnt even tell you that you need to refresh the page after certain resets and keeps locking you out of different areas, tabs, and the whole app without warning you or giving you notifications. you always need to set new passwords or pins at the physical counter, but what happens if you get locked out or get your account suspended at home and cant go to 1U through the cordless payment system to even get to the customer service concierge?? who designed this app

Why I can't login?! I input the correct hp number, correct card number, but mentioned doesn't match! Previously did managed to login. Tried to register, but no OTP sent to my hp with my correct hp number! Tried to resend many times still NOTHING!

appreciate a simple function of changing phone number can be done thru the app instead of physically going to the counter. Many big co's app w ewallet w money, can be done within seconds thru the app. Is it a bad idea to enable such function for customer's convenience and cut down the staff time to handle such minor task for us, can consider...
