bad in-app processes. doesnt even tell you that you need to refresh the page after certain resets and keeps locking you out of different areas, tabs, and the whole app without warning you or giving you notifications. you always need to set new passwords or pins at the physical counter, but what happens if you get locked out or get your account suspended at home and cant go to 1U through the cordless payment system to even get to the customer service concierge?? who designed this app

I'm glad there's an alternative to top up CPC instead of hunting for the auto pay machine at the mall. Would be great if the current car park system can be upgraded to allow QR scanning of our ONECARD at the car park entrance in case we forget to bring the physical card. After all, that's what having apps are for, to reduce physical cards right? The current system is very dated and been in place for decades...time for a tech upgrade!

Apps has a lot of potential as it has a lot of components. However, it always crashes! Updated again and keep crashing, can't even top up my parking or pay using the app. So what's the point of me putting cash in the app when I can't use it. Please improve! Constant crashing is not the way to go.
