Ratings and reviews

The platform has suddenly decided to no longer send me verification codes via call or text. I can't make a formal complaint until I log in. I'm not feeling ver safe about my money with being denied access to my account for 24 hours. The troubleshooting guide now says there is a newer version of the app, but that seems to be false. No newer version from what I'm already locked out of.

Nice 4% cashback on purchases, and connectivity with the main etoro app. the only downsides are that you can't open the app with biometrics, login needed every time you open it, no spending tracker monthly, no option to report or dispute transactions, also keeps asking for verification even in usual shopping like Amazon, Tesco, ryanair and more. Very annoying especially Tesco online groceries that I buy every week.

The app works for what it needs to do. It isn't perfect, but there is evidence they look at and address issues that do come up. I do wish it would be quicker to log in without waiting for a code each time I start the app.
