Ovúmá is the mobile app dedicated to learning African languages. Born in Cameroon, it aims to grow with the continent, reconnecting Africans to their linguistic and cultural heritage, wherever they are in the world.

We're starting with Cameroon.
Cameroon boasts over 250 languages, one of the continent's greatest linguistic treasures. We're launching Ovúmá with the Beti-Fang family (Ewondo, Eton, Bulu, Fang, and Tumu), and we will gradually expand to other major Cameroonian and then African languages: Duala, Bassa, Fulfulde, Ghomala, Medumba, Wolof, Lingala, Swahili, Yoruba, and many more.

Our vision: to make Ovúmá the digital home of African languages.
