Great app. I love the whole customization stuff and introduction of cashback. However, your customer service is poor. I recently had an issue with the app, and the customer service personnel I reached out to was not helpful. If i was in an urgent situation, I would have been stranded. Needless to say that I have lost confidence in the app and can not fully rely on its services.

When registering there were 2 options either register with Bvn or Nin, I picked the Nin option but never registered me so I reached back to the person who gave me the link he said use bvn..nin is down they are working on it. that's bad I don't have to go through that route. if something is down or not working it should be graded out, or the interface not showing at that moment to avoid back and forth.

After successfully setting up my account the app doesn't open again and doesn't let me login or open it again please look into this
