About this app

Etraque helps you plan events and run groups, from a dinner with friends to a weekly club meetup. Create an event, share one link, and see who’s coming.

EVENTS AND RSVPS
• Create an event with a date, time, place and details. Start typing a location and Etraque suggests addresses.
• Share one link by text, email or social media. Guests can RSVP going, maybe or not going in their browser, with no app or account needed.
• See who’s coming at a glance, and post notes to keep everyone up to date.
• Add your own payment link to collect money for tickets or shared costs. Payments go through the service you choose.

GROUPS
• Create a group for your club, team, class or circle of friends.
• Group admins post events and notes for everyone in the group.
• Invite people by email, or share a join link for a public group.
• Members see each other’s names and profile photos, never their email addresses.

CAPTURE EVENTS IN SECONDS
• Say or type an event in your own words, like “Dinner at Luca’s Friday at 7”, and Etraque suggests the details for you to check and save.

STAY IN SYNC
• Connect Google Calendar or your iPhone calendar to see your events in one place.
• Get reminders and updates as notifications. You choose what you receive.

SAFETY AND PRIVACY
• Block anyone, report content, and leave any group at any time.
• We don’t sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

PLANS
Etraque is free to use. Upgrade to Pro for analytics, link-view counts and attendee export. Teams lets an account owner see and manage all groups and events on the plan in one place.

Pro and Teams are subscriptions billed through your App Store or Google Play account. They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.

Etraque is for people aged 16 and older.
