It used to be good but the new app is useless. It's slow and does not update the amount of days remaining correctly, or the data used. eg it's saying I have 10gb left but I've used a lot - but cannot be sure if I've run out or not. Also I keep getting spammed a discount code txt but the code does not work. Edit: thanks for replying, have updated the rating since the data service is good. so didn't deserve a low rating.

Because the dev is cordial, trustworthy, and committed to improve, I've updated my review and rating. Please note that the e-sims can only be activated once you arrive in the destination. Also, the only way to get in touch with support is using WhatsApp and you only get the contact information after the purchase. Once you do, they respond in a timely and professional manner.

Most of our eSIMs activate upon arrival to ensure the validity starts at the right time. We understand your concern about support access and visibility before purchase, and we’re working on making this clearer within the app and website.

Stuck in the US with no connection. Paid for calls and data e-sim. Followed instructions, it hasn't worked. The support team were responsive but it's still not working. The eTravelsim App also has no record of my order and doesn't show an e-sim in the homepage. Right now I do not reccomend this, like many of the other reviewers which I should have read before buying.
