Ratings and reviews

It's not emailing notifications and Seller's copies of correspondence with customers. I made a sale on April 12th that the app didn't show me. I only knew it was out there when the payment appeared in my checking account. At that point it was already overdue by 4 days! I fumbled around with the filters and finally found the sale, but it wasn't easy. I'm a small volume seller, I need the app to work! 4/22/2025 update - can't contact support via App, it only gives FAQs. No way to send a message.

Unreliable when displaying revenue and orders. After sorting my orders by "ship by date" which is probably the most important way to view upcoming orders if you have different processing times for different items, I found that the app was showing me duplicate orders and many of my orders were also missing. Luckily I checked the web version and realized it but had I not checked the web version I likely would have missed several shipping deadlines and maybe even shipped out duplicate orders.

Freaking Crooks... they charge you $29 just to open up a shop...Lo and behold, after going through the very long and intrusive process, I decided halfway to not continue with a shop. Guess what? they keep the $29 even if you didn't post any items. Also... Keep in mind, they get access through plaid 3rd party into your bank account. Overall...it's a terrible website, and i don't want anything to do with them from now on. Even as a customer, I'm staying away. (eBay) is incredibly much better.
