Monitora Campobasso is the official app that puts citizens at the center of city care. The app, developed by the University of Molise as part of the CTE MOLISE - Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti (House of Emerging Technologies) project for the municipality of Campobasso, uses a simple and intuitive interface to quickly report faults, anomalies, and deterioration in the urban area: damaged roads, damaged furniture, lighting problems, neglected green spaces, and much more. Each report can be accompanied by a photo, geolocalized location, and a clear description, helping operators intervene promptly and effectively. The app is an integral part of Campobasso's Digital Twin and represents an innovative participatory maintenance tool, in which city users and technicians collaborate through digital channels to improve the quality of public spaces. Reports collected via the app are managed in real time by a web platform, where the Municipality can validate, organize, and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and traceability.
