The Eurécia Badgeuse transforms a simple tablet into a time clock terminal, without dedicated equipment or complex installation. Located at the entrance of a site, it allows employees to record their arrivals, departures, and breaks in seconds using a personal code.

How does clocking in/out work?

1. The employee selects Arrival, Departure, or Break on the home screen.

2. They enter their personal code.

3. If the option is enabled, they verify and confirm their identity.

4. A confirmation screen indicates that their clocking has been successfully recorded.

The time clock configuration is managed directly from the Eurécia portal. The settings defined by the administrator are then applied to the tablet during synchronization.

Prerequisites

The time clock is available to Eurécia customers with the corresponding option. Activation requires a tablet and an initial internet connection. Once configured, it can continue to record clockings even if the connection is lost.
