I have sent numerous emails to the developer and have not received a single response. The 1st email I sent was about 8 months ago and last one I sent was about 3 months ago. The app does not work on my TV. I'm able to download the app and I'm able to start a show and then it freezes. I'm able to watch with no interruption; Netflix, YouTube, HBO Max, Hulu Amazon Prime, but not MTV. The only way I can watch MTV is on my phone and mirror to my TV.

The app used to work ok, but not anymore for the past few months. Once opened, it shows a message saying no connection while the subscription is paid, a high-speed internet connection is available, and the app is granted all required permission. The above is not only for the live streaming but also applies to all recorded programs.

the live streaming never works. Additionally, videos fail to open most of the time, which is really frustrating
