I have sent numerous emails to the developer and have not received a single response. The 1st email I sent was about 8 months ago and last one I sent was about 3 months ago. The app does not work on my TV. I'm able to download the app and I'm able to start a show and then it freezes. I'm able to watch with no interruption; Netflix, YouTube, HBO Max, Hulu Amazon Prime, but not MTV. The only way I can watch MTV is on my phone and mirror to my TV.

non existant customer support. I stopped my membership last October, access stopped in November and they still withdraw the membership fee every month. Emailed them several times/complained and zero response. 6 months later, my only option is to cancel my credit card and get a new one, costing me $100 (equiv to 2 years of membership)

Worst app ever. There's always a bug in the app, unexpected errors, chromecast doesn't work for years. I am unsubscribing and will never install the app again. I am done with the unanswered emails, terrible app, and no customer support as if we are watching for free.
