1. Live streaming frequently breaks during peak hours, such as news, basketball games and shows. This is driving users away and should be addressed as a priority. The problem persists despite using high-speed fiber-optic and 5G internet. 2. The update removed useful functionality, such as the ability to swipe left or right to navigate between news headlines. 3. The app displays outdated news articles instead of loading the selected article when accessing news from notifications.

The app is very easy to use. However, it breaks down frequently when watching the news or any live program. Plus, the black background is dull. It should be adjustable by the user to choose his background between black or white.

The latest update was terrible: I used to be able to scroll through the news, now I can't even see the titles properly to decide whether it's a piece of news that interests me or not. And I'm not gonna spend the entire time clicking on each link to read the full title. Well, I uninstalled it....
