About this app

mMieszkaniec is a mobile application that enables constant and extensive contact between the local government and residents. The purpose of the tool is to quickly contact local government residents who have the Application installed, mainly by means of PUSH notifications. It is free to download for users and consists of several independent modules:

Public Consultations, Announcements, Notifications, When Waste, More.

1. SOCIAL CONSULTATIONS - the module enables residents to participate in social dialogue. It was created with residents in mind to provide them with simple and intuitive access to participate in decision-making processes regarding public matters.

Possibilities within the module:
* tracking currently ongoing social consultations,
* preview of archival social consultations,
* completing consultation surveys,
* current information on social consultations, reports, results,
* personalized application settings.

2. ANNOUNCEMENTS - the module allows you to send notifications to residents who have the application, e.g. about upcoming events, failures, renovations, weather alerts.

3. REPORTS - the module allows residents to report defects in the local government and architectural barriers for people with disabilities.

Possibilities within the module:
* sending applications,
* viewing reported bugs and the history of dealing with them,
* watching reports sent by other people,
* receiving notifications about changes in the status of applications and about comments from the Office.

4. WHEN WASTE - a module with waste collection dates for entered addresses along with personalized notifications. However, the collection schedule is not the only function. The user can also find here an information and education section, a search engine for types of waste, PSZOK points and the possibility of reporting various problems with waste collection.

* map of PSZOK and other points,
* faction guide and finder,
* sending reports regarding inconvenience related to waste disposal.

5. MORE - a module for creating redirects to any applications/websites.

The application has full functionality only if the local government of interest to the resident has purchased a given tool. In this case, in order to have access to the functionality, it is enough to select a commune/city from the available list of active local governments.
