Apps are absolute Trash! From my experience, The new app they want you to download doesn't show up in search, only these business apps. This is why i left the review here. When I was able to find it and download it, it required a lock screen. WHY!? I don't want a lock screen. I can't use biometrics, my prints are to wore down from WORKING, they rarely register. I dont see anyone going into my account to pay my bill. This "feature" is useless to me. GET OUT OF HERE WITH THIS TRASH!

For all the money you take from me each month, you could have a working app for viewing my bill. The past five months, I infrequently get any of the bill alerts I signed up for letting me know how much it it. Instead, the onky messages I get are after they'd charged my account. The always say they'll come out one day, then they actually come out days later or a day early and screw me over on other bills or on over draft fees. I'm about to turn auto pay off so they can't keep surprising me.

C'mon Xcel. This app is not for paying bills. Seems like a professional would be able to link the new app into the pop up in the old app, let alone facilitate a smooth transition.
