App is changing/deactivating automatic plate recognition by itself and without any notification. Happened already twice and I've been charged extra for administrative costs. Very frustrating.

If karma was real, who keeps tabs of all the individual bits and bops, this app seems like something from the past, when we browsed desktop pages on cell phones, because we had to.

Terrible user interface. If a payment doesn't go through you will only get a message next time you use it. The message comes after you clock in! Because of that i got a parking ticket 60x the value of the parking cost! Bad app desing affecting negatively the customer. Moreover, they are not responsible for the parking ticket. So, i have to contact another company to get the ticket sorted out. Probably will end up having to pay the fine! TERRIBLE APP!
