Ward Vikas is a mobile application for tracking tender works from proposal through completion. It is designed for ward offices, municipal staff, and authorised officers who manage civic works on a day-to-day basis.

The app follows a structured tender workflow so each work can be recorded step by step on the device. Work records, documents, and photos are stored locally using secure on-device storage. Activation and subscription validation require an internet connection. After activation, the core workflow—creating works, updating progress, attaching documents, viewing reports, and managing settings—works primarily offline.
