My application status is that there's a scheduled interview but there is no interview scheduling in the app, nobody called, mailed, responded to my mail asking about that, and the phone number in the info section doesn't work

Hi , i applied for the internship and i have been succeed for the first 2 steps and today the interview has been scheduled but the app always gets stuck and lag sot i tried to re-install it but after that all the data on the internship app was deleted and app asking me to apply for the internship once again and i can't find out the interview's date so i need the help Asap please ,
