poor response in Email too... please guys don't install this app. this is really useless application. useless application. no proper communication. if we return some product so this app give return money in our wallet and also they consider a one year limit. if I don't buy something in one year then after I lost my money. this is ridiculous policy. please don't buy from this application. 😡 I lost my money and product both.

Worst experience. Pls do not buy any products other than decathlon products from their app, they know only to earn money by selling third party products, im facing issue in returning product as order status has not changed to delivered yet since 3 days and they are asking to contact lifelong customer care for order status issue on decathlon app, very strange!! Update-I have already sent an email to customer support, no use of that, again redirecting to lifelong. Worst purchase support from you.

Disappointed with Quality Check I purchased a polo collar t-shirt from Decathlon and initially I liked the product. However, after taking it out from the wardrobe, I noticed several small holes near the back side of the collar/neck area. Unfortunately, by the time I realized this issue, the 14-day return window was already over, so I could neither return nor replace the item. This has left me disappointed, as I trusted Decathlon for quality and durability. They declined to pulish the same reviw.
