About this app

EVART Operator is the companion app for EVART Energy partner operators running mobile EV charging vans.

Receive and manage charging requests, navigate to your customer, start and monitor charging sessions, and track your earnings — all from one app.

ACCEPT AND MANAGE REQUESTS
See incoming charging requests as they arrive, with customer location, vehicle details, and requested charge amount. Accept a job and it moves straight into your active queue.

NAVIGATE TO YOUR CUSTOMER
Once you accept a request, your location is shared with the customer so they can watch you approach in real time. Location sharing runs only while the app is open and you are on an active job. EVART Operator never collects your location in the background.

START CHARGING IN SECONDS
Scan the charger QR code or enter the connector ID manually. Choose a fixed amount or set a target in kWh, then start the session remotely.

MONITOR LIVE SESSIONS
Watch power delivery, energy dispensed, and session duration update live while charging is in progress. Stop the session at any time from your phone.

TRACK YOUR EARNINGS
Review completed sessions with full breakdowns of energy delivered and revenue earned. Your dashboard shows daily and weekly totals at a glance.

WALLET AND PAYOUTS
Check your balance, view your full transaction history, and withdraw earnings to your connected bank account through Stripe.

MANAGE YOUR PROFILE
Update your details and profile photo, and check your payout account status directly in the app.

PERMISSIONS
Location is used to share your position with the customer during an active job and is only collected while the app is open. Camera is used to scan charger QR codes. Photos are used only if you choose to set a profile picture.
