About this app
EVBitacora is your electric car's logbook: record every charge in seconds and always have at your fingertips how much you spend, how much energy you consume, and how much you save compared to a gasoline car.
WHAT IT DOES
• Scan a charging receipt with a photo or PDF: AI suggests location, date, kWh, and price for you to review before saving.
• Record every charge with date, time, location, energy (kWh), cost, type (home, public fast or slow), and mileage.
• Automatic GPS location when adding a charge — no need to manually enter the location.
• Daily statistics: total energy, total cost, average price per kWh, and actual consumption (kWh/100km), by day, week, month, year, or total.
• Bar graph of energy charged at home and at public charging stations, with details when you tap each bar.
• Home vs. public charging split Public charging of energy and expenses, with percentages, for the period you choose.
• Estimated savings compared to a combustion engine car and estimated CO₂ avoided using equivalent trees, by configuring your reference car.
• Configurable home electricity price (fixed rate or off-peak/peak/short-term) to automatically calculate the real cost of each home charge.
• Optional reminder if you haven't registered a charge for several days.
• Automatic backup to Google Drive.
Multiple cars, unlimited.
• Edit or delete any charge whenever you want.
• Import and export your history in CSV format — your data is yours and you can take it with you whenever you want.
PRIVACY FIRST
The history is saved on your device, with an optional backup to Google Drive. AI-powered ticket reading is optional: after accepting the notification, the chosen file is sent to our service on Cloudflare and to Google Gemini. Firebase authenticates requests with an anonymous session. There is no advertising or tracking analytics.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Available in Spanish, Catalan, Galician, and English, with light, dark, or system-specific modes.
PLANS FROM VERSION 1.4.0
Free: 1 saved charge per week. Plus: Up to 10 charges per week for a one-time payment of €1.99. Full: Unlimited charges for a one-time payment of €3.99. Purchases are only available in Spain. There are no subscriptions. The weekly allowance is shared among all your cars and includes charges saved manually or from photos, PDFs, or CSV files. Deleting a charge does not restore your allowance.
History, statistics, editing, and exporting are available on all plans. Restore your purchases with the same Google Play account; they do not transfer between Android and iOS.
