Could be great, but not there yet... Have had lots of trouble with the app, and the glasses while well made and stylish are glitchy... latest software won't allow me to connect at all. Ring was defective out of the box and the company has been unwilling to take them back... Had to open dispute with credit card. Disappointed

I have the latest version software update and plug ins offered. For some unknown reason my G2 glasses will not pair to my phone. Although previously paired they will not connect and do not appear in my list of available devices. Contacting support has been problematic and only seems to be a remote AI. I have sent several emails and several "help" messages through the app. All to no avail. At this point I have a $1900 paperweight. Very disappointed 😞

Mine finally came today, but I got to say I'm pretty underwhelmed. So maybe this is my fault but do these glasses have speakers? Tell me why every time I say "Even AI" the Bluetooth gets disconnected. So it basically does nothing. I navigate to the navigation screen and every time I use it it says "navigation lost". I've been walking all day and the step count still says 0. I'm probably going to return these as well. It will be the 3 AI/AR glasses I've returned.
