Ratings and reviews

I have the latest version software update and plug ins offered. For some unknown reason my G2 glasses will not pair to my phone. Although previously paired they will not connect and do not appear in my list of available devices. Contacting support has been problematic and only seems to be a remote AI. I have sent several emails and several "help" messages through the app. All to no avail. At this point I have a $1900 paperweight. Very disappointed 😞

Mine finally came today, but I got to say I'm pretty underwhelmed. So maybe this is my fault but do these glasses have speakers? Tell me why every time I say "Even AI" the Bluetooth gets disconnected. So it basically does nothing. I navigate to the navigation screen and every time I use it it says "navigation lost". I've been walking all day and the step count still says 0. I'm probably going to return these as well. It will be the 3 AI/AR glasses I've returned.

As of today, it's not letting me sign in at all. Clicking Connect doesn't do anything. I've also reinstalled it, restarted my phone. 30 mins later I realized why. It wouldn't connect with my wifi at home but works outside with network. There are learning curves but so far it's solid when you have all the settings correct.
