Gala Engine is the field app for party and event rental companies.

Your crew opens it in the van and sees exactly today's run: which truck, which
stops, in what order, and what goes on board for each one.

• THE DAY'S ROUTE — every delivery and pickup for your truck, in order, with
addresses, time windows and the customer's name and number.
• WHAT TO LOAD — the full load list per stop: tents, inflatables, tables,
chairs, generators. Counted out at the warehouse and counted back on at
each address.
• ON-SITE — site notes that matter ("soft ground, stake the north side only",
"gate code 4412"), setup checklists, and photo capture as proof of delivery.
• STATUS AS IT HAPPENS — mark a stop en route, arrived, done. The office sees
it live instead of calling to ask.
• PICKUPS TOO — the return leg is a stop like any other, so nothing gets left
on a lawn over the weekend.
• THE REST OF THE BUSINESS — bookings, inventory, customers and their history
are all here when you need them, the same records your office uses on the web.
