The app simply can't find the H9. It pairs with Android 13 alright, but does not stay connected. The PC app works fine. Watched the video, did basic troubleshooting (IT pro). I've tried 20 different times, removing and pairing again etc. Have zero issues with other Bluetooth devices. Android reports the app is for an older version etc. I'll update if it starts working and why.

Needs Fixing. Unable to log in with Samsung phone. I found a workaround by creating an Eventide account at the website, using the app in demo mode and then entering my account credentials from the account settings menu. Then I unpaired my pedal and paired it back again to register. Now it works. Hopefully this will work for others with Samsung phones who can't log on. Edit: the issue with login was I couldn't type in my user name or password. But I was able to use the workaround above.

What do you mean by "Unable to log in with Samsung phone"? If you mean you couldn't type, could you please try: Settings - General management - Language and Input, select "Samsung Keyboard" as the Default Keyboard. Then go to On-screen Keyboard - Samsung Keyboard - Smart typing and TURN OFF "Predictive text" there. Let me know if this helps.

A pretty essential app for owners of the H9 family of pedals. It's great that this app is now available on Android, and without any, at least to my knowledge, noticeable shortcomings when compared to it's iOS counterpart. If you own an H9 pedal, this is the best way to unlock the true potential of the pedal.
