About this app

Eventon Ticket Scanner is the companion check-in app for the Eventon
event management platform. Event staff use it to scan QR codes on
attendee tickets and validate entry at the door.

Sign in with your Eventon organizer account, choose the event you are
working, and point your camera at the ticket. The app reads the QR code,
checks it against your event's ticket list, and shows the result on
screen: valid, already used, or not recognized. Each accepted scan is
recorded as a check-in.

What the app does
- Scans QR codes on printed and digital tickets using your device camera
- Confirms ticket validity against your Eventon event data
- Flags tickets that have already been scanned to prevent duplicate entry
- Shows attendee name and ticket type on a successful scan
- Records check-ins in real time and syncs them with your Eventon account
- Displays a running count of tickets scanned for the selected event

Getting started
1. Sign in with the email and password for your Eventon organizer account.
2. Select an event from your list of upcoming events.
3. Tap Scan and hold the ticket QR code in the camera frame.
4. Read the on-screen result and admit the attendee.

Requirements
An active Eventon organizer account is required. This app is a companion
to the Eventon platform and does not function as a standalone product.
It does not sell tickets or create events — those are managed on the
Eventon web platform.
