EventPark – The Digital Ecosystem for Events
We are reshaping the traditional event experience, especially for B2B events, conferences, business forums, and seminars.
When attending modern events, many of us face the same problems: we try to write our notes in our phone's "Notes" app, on WhatsApp, or on paper. The photos of presentation slides we take get lost in our phone galleries, and later we forget which note belongs to which session. EventPark acts as a digital assistant for participants, completely eliminating these problems.
**A Digital Experience for Participants**
* **Smart Notes:** Participants can take text, audio, and photo notes for specific sessions. The app can even recognize text on captured images (OCR) and extract it as a note.
* **Live Networking:** You can see other people joining the event and track their online or offline status.
* **Building Connections:** Users can send connection requests to each other and manage these requests on a dedicated Networking screen.
* **Privacy and Discovery:** Participants can set their profiles to "Public" or "Private" according to their preference. It is also possible to join private events using a special code.
* **Interactive Participation:** You can send live questions (Q&A) directly to speakers through the app during the event. Speakers and the session agenda are clearly visible on the event's detailed page.
**End-to-End Management for Organizers**
* **Event Creation:** Organizers can create a new event that includes all details such as online/offline status, venue, and date.
* **Publication Status (Draft & Publish):** When creating an event, you don't have to publish it immediately; you can save it as a "Draft". The event becomes visible to everyone only when you change the status to "Published" once everything is ready.
* **Upcoming Features:** In the near future, a fast QR code check-in system at the door will be introduced. Additionally, ticketing and live polling features to evaluate the event are planned.
