their Virtual Platform doesn't work for me. It shows nothing on their home page, and now it just doesn't let me in anymore saying "too many login attempts"

We're sorry for the trouble you're having. The Virtual Platform is an external service that the app merely links to. Because that platform is outside of our technical control, we don't have access to their login security settings or page display issues.
