EventRota keeps event volunteers organised. When an organiser invites you to help at an event, EventRota gives you one clear place to see exactly what you need to do, where, and when.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your invitations — events appear as soon as an organiser invites you. Accept or decline with a tap.

• Check your rota — every shift you're assigned to, with position, start and end times, clearly laid out. Multi-day events are split day by day so nothing gets confused.

• Set your availability — let organisers know which shifts or hours you can cover, so you're only rostered when you're free.

• Find your way around — an interactive venue map shows first aid, registration, meeting points and other key locations, with an easy index below the map.

• Stay informed — read the latest updates from organisers and open any documents or briefing packs shared with you.

• Reach the right people — tap to call key contacts for the event straight from your phone.

• Complete your forms — health & safety declarations, kit and t-shirt sizes, consent forms and more, all filled in inside the app.

• Manage your profile once — save your details, emergency contact, dietary requirements, t-shirt size and skills, then reuse them across every event.
