About this app

EventStock makes event equipment management simple for associations, collectives and technical teams. Inventory, loans and event prep in a single app, back at the store room or out on site.

Clear inventory
Catalogue your items with photos, categories, locations and quantities. Find anything instantly with search and filters, and spot at a glance the items that have dropped below their low stock threshold.

Packed by case
Register your cases and containers, then split a single item across several of them. You know what each case holds, what has left it, and what is still waiting to be put away.

Tracked loans
Who borrowed what, and until when? Create a loan in seconds, add a note for context, track returns and get a reminder when an item is overdue — even with the app closed.

Prepared events
Build per-event equipment checklists, pack your cases, and check returns when the event ends. Save your recurring set-ups as templates so you never retype the same list twice.

No two events on the same gear
EventStock compares the dates of all your events and warns you as soon as two of them book the same item at the same time. The conflict shows on the home screen, in the event list and on the event itself, and double booking is blocked both when creating and when editing. Only an administrator can override it.

Built-in QR codes
Generate QR labels for your items and cases, and export them as print-ready PDF sheets. Scan to identify or borrow instantly.

The whole history
Every movement is recorded: item created, edited, borrowed, returned. A deleted item keeps its trail instead of vanishing, and you can export the history to CSV for your end-of-season reports.

Teamwork
Invite your organisation's members. Administrator, coordinator and technician roles control who can change what.

On your computer too
Your organisation also gets a web app: sign in at eventstock.app from any
browser, with the same account and the same data. Start-of-season stocktakes, entering a large catalogue or prepping a heavy event are far easier with a keyboard and a big screen. The phone stays where it shines: scanning, checking gear out, checking it back in.

Offline
The app works without a connection — in the booth, in the van, in a venue with no signal — and syncs automatically when the network is back.

Display fixes and faster PDF export.

• Landscape: the item list is reachable again on the Stock screen. Location and category filters are still available under "Advanced filters".
• No screen slips under the status or navigation bar any more, notably on sign-in and in landscape.
• QR code PDF export: photos load faster, are cached, and the app now tells you which ones could not be retrieved.
