The app never wants to work when you most need it to. They encourage us to lock our cards to prevent theft, but then when you need to unlock the card the only button that DOESN'T work is the unlock card button. EVERY other button will work, but the unlock card button. I was in Walmart trying to make a payment and I kid you not it took literally almost 10 MINUTES just to get the screen to unlock the card... this is a joke! you have been around for so long but can't get an app that works? wow...

I can see my account balance from my phone and deposit checks by taking pictures of them, which is all I really need. Haven't tried transfering money.

Has not been working for 2 weeks. No one at the branch knows why. "Give it a few hours, see if it works". Noooooope
