Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) This banking app is completely unreliable. Despite having a stable Wi-Fi connection, it constantly says "No Internet Connection," making it impossible to access my account or complete transactions. This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I need to make urgent payments. Absolute trash !

It sucks!! You guys need to be serious about transactions. Just because app on my phone wasn't updated, it didn't let me login. Wifi wasn't available to me at that time to update the app. You should add an option to 'update later' and allow users to make transactions. Why should a person use your service if it doesn't come handy in such situations?

Simple interface and customer care is also not that good along with the lots of gake customer care support numbers and last things i don't have any option for biometric payment or maybe it can be my own fault that i can't find inside the app or it's just a glitch or something i notice that so just like to address it
