This App will provide an effortless transactional experience whenever customers need to pay their utility bill, report an electrical outage or update how they wish interact with Evergy.

God-awful app. Most of the time it hangs and tries to load when you try to make a payment, then it doesn't remember to turn on auto pay after you've already turned it on twice. They already gouge us on energy, might as well cut corners on the app by having a grade schooler code it so they can make even more money.

I cannot believe for such a large company how awful this app is. I think it might be easier to rip a check and bicycle down the highway to evergy HQ then to try and use this app. It constantly crashes, it's agonizingly slow, it randomly will not let you sign in, payments sometimes do not go through on the final screen leaving you anxious wether it worked or not, I have opted in for auto pay and pay by text 2 times now only for it to opt out randomly later. I am extremely frustrated with this app

The login on this app is impossible!! And if you select forgot password, it sends a code to your email but once you go to your email the login screen to enter the code is gone!! I always end up having to do what I need on the website instead. But, after you try logging in on the app, guess what... now all of a sudden your credentials are invalid on the website and you have no access at all! I have lost count how many times I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app and still no success.
