The Fotor Pro subscription fee is charged monthly or yearly. The fees for the Fotor Pro plan are paid following purchase confirmation. The subscription will automatically renew on expiry unless the automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current subscription period. Once the subscription is confirmed, your iTunes account will be charged according to the plan you chose. After purchase, you may go to the iTunes Settings to manage your subscription and turn the automatic renewal off. A canceled subscription becomes effective after one month.

I signed up for a trial and was sure I had cancelled it the same day, but was charged their annual subscription fee anyway. I brought it to their attention after searching their app and websites for ways to cancel and was told there are no refunds, the whole setup is kind of predatory if you ask me and the service is not worth paying for. The AI editing is awful, it's definitely not something I'll use, regardless of the fact that I've now been forced into paying for it.

This is a clever app. It does some things well. I tried animating one photo just to see what the app does. When I tried a second photo, I found out that credits were needed. The app requires ten credits to do another short video. Free credits are hard to get. By the time I accumulated 10 credits, the price to make a short video was 20 credits. This is ridiculous. And some of the credits expire the day after they're earned. Using the free version of this app is near impossible.

No one should be using this company or app. I forgot that I had a yearly subscription with them and noticed a charge on my credit card. The same day as the charge, I canceled and sent a refund request to them, and they denied it. Moreover, the product is mid quality at best. I've had much better results using other apps from companies with reputable practices. There is simply no reason for this other than them being predatory.
