The eVeroMobile application brings the power of eVero’s I/DD platform right to the smartphone, helping Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) providers achieve effortless team communication, service documentation sharing and HIPAA-compliant data collection from anywhere at any time.
The eVeroMobile application allows users to:
• Efficiently collaborate with care team members, including Individuals and Families
• Request, receive and approve documents
• Securely store and access documents, analytics, and reports
• View caregiver schedules and timecards, and advertise available shifts
• Collect and record required EVV data at the service location- even when offline

Since the required update that was initiated on Christmas week, the app continually kicks me out when I try to submit staff activity fees. I've spoken to our company rep, and she doesn't have any answers besides "uninstall, reinstall, and try again" -- which I have done. When that didn't work, I was asked if my phone was old. I was having no issues with this function before. Because of low storage on my "old" phone, I purchased a new phone with more internal storage, etc. yesterday. No change.

this is such a clunky app. punch in and punch out really needs to be more streamlined. having to go through 5+ different steps to start a shift is annoying. needs a spot for daily notes and not just per goal

Terrible app! Uses way too much storage space! Frequently kicks you out, and you have to sign back in again!
