The app started off good but then for some reason my last payment was not going through. it eventually went through weeks later but now I can no longer get back in the app. so I don't even know if the balance is cleared. I think y'all owe me after stressing me out so much. Plus note I have NO ACCESS so I hope I don't hear I have a Loan to pay for when you people stealing info

I was excited to explore the offers of this app, especially after reading the positive reviews. However, my first experience in stting up has been disappointing. I encountered a roadblock at the consent form section after receiving the code. Despite clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I kept receiving an "Oops, something went wrong unable to send collect data" error. I hope this issue can be resolved, as I am eager to use the app.

I've been unable to log into the app since August despite unistalling and reinstalling numerous times. Their customer service is unhelpful. This app should be shelved until it's glitches have been sorted out as it can be extremely frustrating to use an app that constantly kicks you out
