My international payment failed with an error saying “card not supported.” I was only later told it was due to insufficient funds. Because of this confusion, my card was terminated and almost ₦30,000 was deducted as charges before refund. This is unacceptable. Customers should not lose so much money due to unclear errors and system failures. I request a review and refund of these charges.

The app is superb 👌, it works as I expected... gives me what I wanted in the area of using its visa virtual card, paying international payment, and subscriptions. so I gave it 4 stars because of the high level of service(fee) charge from the app, i plead for the developer to look into it, which is very important, customers chooses what's affordable in the market. thanks.

REAL Customer over here!!! This app is an absolute SCAM!!! I am honestly convinced all the positive reviews are paid for. 1st of all, the fees are horrendous. Any activity you do costs not less than $3. 2nd the card didn't even work. 3rd When you withdraw your money, it fails. When you contact support, they tell you to top up the card and try again 🤦🏽♂️ All in all, I probably lost so much in fees just to get back my money. Please STAY AWAY from any Nigeria affiliated fintech!!!
