In this app, while writing a complaint in the chat box, the color of the text becomes white due to which nothing can be seen as to what is written and the last message is also not visible.

worst app.why make an app ,if you don't want to solve the complaints ,I have made many compliments none of them are resolved just they moved complaint from pending to done .what you did nothing,took actions no ,for God sake die then misleading people.i knew it from the starting, there's no way those common complaints can be resolved and you proved me right. such a waste of technology.

worst app no updates on tasks or complaints. i applied for a birth certificate it should have stages where it is, also any customer support also needs to be there. but as usual govt employee so called karam chari. worst people never helpful
